Payment / Cancellation Policy
• The first night’s total accommodation rate is required as a deposit.
• Confirmation of the reservation will only be valid, once we have received a
faxed copy of the payment made into our bank account.
• If you cannot fax a copy of payment, arrange with our office that the
deposit slip can be presented upon arrival.
• Credit Card deposits/payments are welcome; we accept Visa & Mastercard.
• If a confirmed reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to the date of arrival,
Witsand reserves the right to retain the deposit.
Please Note! Children under 3 years stay free!
