Payment / Cancellation Policy
• 50% of the total accommodation rate is required as a deposit.
• Confirmation of the reservation will only be valid, once we have received a copy of the payment made into our bank account.
• If you cannot send a copy of payment, arrange with our office that the deposit slip can be presented upon arrival.
• Credit Card deposits/payments are welcome; we accept Visa & MasterCard.
• Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is cancelled within;
• 0 – 7 Days prior to arrival, 100% of the deposit may be retained
• 7 – 14 Days prior to arrival, 75% of the deposit may be retained
• 14 – 21 Days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit may be retained
• 21 – 28 Days prior to arrival, 25% of the deposit may be retained
• A base rate may be applicable for reservations.
